Club meetings are held on the second sunday of every month, from midday onwards, at Phil's New Shop in Westlakes Shore.

Kite Making Workshops are run by Phil at Phil's Sandpit at Westlakes Shore each Tuesday Evening. Contact Phil on 08 8449 1411.

Club membership includes third party public liability insurance. Traction kite flyers (kite surfing, boarding and buggying) are encouraged to take out insurance before flying large kites. Insurance is required to buggy on local beaches, participate in Fly Days and for The Festival. Local councils are in the process of establishing a permit system for Kite Surfers, to ensure that they have insurance.
